My buddy and I arrived at the South at 10. We started at marker 32 and immediatelly started gettin good bites.  I don't remember who landed what first, but we were both pullin up nice little Black Rockfish. I got 3, kept 2 and 1 got off the hook as I was tryin to lip it. I got 3 short Cabezon also, all about 13". My buddy got 3 Blacks also, kept one and 2 Grass. He caught some other shorties as well, I think a couple Blacks and Cabs. All the fish came from the Bull Kelp and were caught on texas rigs with various plastics. We left at 4.
