Once again, I didn't have long to fish, only about 1 1/2 hours. I got to the North at 12:30 and quickly realized I forgot the waders. The tide was high and there was no way I could get to the rocks, even with my neoprene socks. I walked for a while tryin to find a spot that would let me over, but nope. I figured I would try the rocks that connect to the Coast Guard Station again. I hear that the piers and jetties comin off the Coast Guard Station hold nice fish that don't get any pressure. The rocks I was fishin come quite a ways off a wall that connects to one of the piers. I know that there has to be occasional fish runs along there, but not today. I called it quits at 1:45 in order to have time to do some things.

I was using my main rod which is a 7'9" Heavy action caster, 20# Yozuri Hybrid, rigged with a 1/2 oz finesse style slider sinker, red glass bead, 4/0 worm hook and a 5" Yum Dinger, pumpkin, chartreuse tail. I had my back up rod which is a 7'6" MH action spinner, 15# Yozuri Hybrid, rigged with a 4" swim bait on a 1/2 oz weedless jig, but this rod didn't get a cast today.
