Hit the jetty for a couple hours from 11am to about 1pm, tossing jigs.  Bad news: the dredger is back, and it's turned the water into a dark brown mess.  Lots of people out fishing, and all I saw caught the entire time was a little 10" greenling by a guy using shrimp.  All the old veteran anglers I talked to were blaming the dredger for the crummy fishing.  If I had bait I would've used it, but all I had were my plastics.  Had one bite on a white curlytail grub, and that was it.

Beautiful weather though.
